The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, January 26 reveals Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) will pull a fast one on Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will come up with a devious plan to get Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) to back down. Plus, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be angry. And Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will discuss Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria will show up at Newman Enterprises and she’ll see her father looking glum, as he stares at his portrait. Victor will say he taught her as a little girl that when they’re down, they always get back up. Although, he’ll admit it looks pretty bad.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Victoria Wants To Know What Their Plan Is
Victoria will ask if he’s heard back from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Victor will say she didn’t answer. So he called her brother Snapper, who told him her heart condition has gotten worse. Victoria will ask what their next step is. “Or do I even wanna know?”
Victor will say he prefers that she and her mother know nothing about it. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will show up and Victoria will be angry that he’s letting her brother in on the plan and not her. After she leaves, Victor will ask Adam to find out where Lily Winters (Christel Kahlil) is.
“You don’t plan to put Lily and her kids in harms way, do you?” Adam will ask. Victor will say he would never do that. “But Cane Ashby doesn’t know that,” he’ll add. “We must make him believe they are in danger.”
Meanwhile, Nick and Sharon will return from the hospital. It’ll turn out the doctors will decide they didn’t need to readmit him. They gave him new pain meds and sent him on his way. However, Nick will say he’s worried about his dad. After all, he could lose Newman Enterprises.
They’ll discuss Phyllis’ part in it and Sharon will ask if Nick talked to her. He’ll say he did and she’s not backing down. Sharon will predict that Phyllis will end up regretting this. Then Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will walk in and Nick will apologize for his behavior the day before.
They’ll say they went to see Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and he said it should be pretty simple for Sienna to get an annulment from Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). “Best news ever,” Noah will say, kissing his girlfriend, as Nick and Sharon give each other a look.

They’ll have other news. Sienna will say Matt’s wealth has been transferred into Sienna’s account. “I’m the one who convinced grandpa to give Sienna everything,” Noah will say proudly. Plus, Victor transferred ownership of The Shadow Room to him. Sharon will ask if he’s going back to LA but Noah will tell her he’s going to stick around Genoa City.
Sienna will add that Michael told them Matt has been turned over to police and is awaiting trial. Sharon will say it really is over. “I hope so,” Nick will reply. He’ll remind her they’ve learned they should never underestimate Matt. They’ll continue to chat and Sienna will tell them she thinks it’s time she returns to LA.
At the Abbott estate, Claire and Kyle will be in a panic when they arrive. Harrison sent them each a message telling them there was an emergency. The actual emergency will be that he needs to ask them questions for a school project.
After they answer Harrison’s questions, Kyle will ask him if he’s sure it’s a school project and he’ll admit it isn’t. He was hoping they’d see how much they had in common and would get back together. “I miss you Claire, so much.”
“We’re still friends,” Kyle will tell his son. “You can see Claire whenever you want.” Harrison will ask if they’re mad. Kyle will say no. But he should know he’s not allowed to trick people. Harrison will understand but he’ll tell his father that what happened between he and Claire is the same thing that happened with his mom.
Finally, Claire will hug Harrison and she’ll get a message from Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) asking to meet. She’ll lie and say she needs to go see her mom. After Claire leaves, she’ll look back inside the house at Kyle and Harrison, with a look of regret on her face.
